Accu-Glass Products, Inc. :: Thermocouple / Power :: Air Service Cable Assemblies and Components

Air Service Cable Assemblies are fitted with Delrin® (3-pin and 5-pin power use a glass filled polyester composite) subminiature-D connectors at one end and non-terminated PVC insulated power leads, and insulated thermocouple leads at the other. The female cable connectors mate directly onto the air side of corresponding feedthroughs. These cable assemblies may be used without the outer shell for minimum space requirements.

Air Service Connectors do not include contacts and must be purchased separately. Thermocouple-only connectors (9-pin connector used for four-pair thermocouple) are made of Delrin® material. All power connectors, including 6 contact thermocouple/power connectors, use glass-filled polyester composite. Connectors may be used without outer shell for minimum space requirements.

Chromel® and Alumel® Contacts are made of either Chromel® or Alumel®. The contacts listed below are intended for use with air service connectors listed on this page.

Power Contacts are made of a copper alloy and gold plated. The contacts listed below are intended for use with air service connectors listed on this page.
