AGP’s line of ‘blank’ CF flanges uses the ‘knife-edge style, captured copper metal gasket sealing technique’, originally introduced and popularized by the now ubiquitous Conflat® flange—this standard ultrahigh vacuum sealing solution is used in scientific and industrial vacuum applications alike. AGP Blank CF flanges are manufactured for compatibility and compliance with the specification standards outlined in ASTM E2734/E2734M-10, and/or ISO/TS 3369-2. AGP CF products are compatible with flanges produced by reputable vacuum equipment manufacturers in the US and around the world.

AGP currently offers blank ‘non-rotatable’ (fixed) and rotatable CF flanges, with clearance or threaded mounting bolt holes, in the most popular sizes. Larger and/or less common blank CF flanges are primarily stocked in non-rotatable, clearance bolt hole configurations—see our stocked products above. CF flange mounting and sealing hardware including fasteners, OFE Copper and/or Viton elastomer gaskets are available to facilitate a convenient one-stop shopping solution for our customers. AGP also offers a variety of CF flange fitted products such as conical reducers, zero length reducers, nipples, elbows and other CF adapter type fittings.
