Accu-Glass Products Acquires Larson Electronic Glass

Accu-Glass Products, Inc. (AGP), a leading manufacturer of high and ultrahigh vacuum products and components, serving the industrial and scientific research community for almost five decades, recently completed the acquisition of Larson Electronic Glass Inc., a seven-decade veteran and pioneer in hermetic glass-to-metal joining technology. The acquisition was finalized on April 5, 2023.

With AGP’s expertise in high-density (hermetic) electrical and optical feedthrough manufacturing, and LEG’s extensive line of Borosilicate viewports and tube adapters, this acquisition is a perfect fit for both organizations and strategically poised for expansion of our capabilities and growth into new markets.
