Push-On and In-Line Wire Connectors

AGP Push connectors are bare (non-insulated), gold plated, Be-Cu (Beryllium-Copper alloy) contacts designed for both air and/or in-vacuum high-current service. When used in conjunction with AGP high-power .094 diameter OFE Copper feedthroughs, these contacts can handle currents as high as 25 amperes. These in-line connectors are available with .040, .050, .060, .094, and .250 inch diameter sockets that mate with feedthrough pins or conductors of comparable size. The cable end accepts wire diameters of .050 for all size contacts up to and including the .094 diameter socket. While .250 socket contacts accept up to .094 wire diameters. Cable wire is secured to contacts using a socket-head set screw, included with each contact. Most contact sizes are sold in packs of five (5) pieces and include a hex wrench for wire tightening. However, the .250 contact is sold as a single piece, with a hex wrench. All push-on contacts are suitable for 200°C in-vacuum, or 150°C in-air service. Note that the .094 push-on contacts are routinely used to interface with the vacuum-side pin on AGP single-ended BNC, MHV, SHV, and SMA coaxial feedthroughs.

AGP In-Line wire connectors are bare (non-insulated), gold plated, Be-Cu (Beryllium-Copper alloy) contacts designed for both air and/or in-vacuum high-current service. When used in conjunction with high-power .250 diameter OFE Copper feedthroughs, these contacts can handle currents as high as 35 amperes. They are available with .059, .072, .120, .134, and .260 inch bore diameters, and mate with feedthrough pins or wires of comparable size. Pins and/or wires are secured to each of a barrel contact using flat-head screws, there are two (2) screws included with each contact. All contact sizes are sold in packs of five (5) pieces and require a flat-head screwdriver for tightening. All in-line contacts are suitable for 400°C in-vacuum, or 150°C in-air service.
