Vacuum Silicone Adhesive Tape

AGP’s vacuum tapes provide clean, flexible electrical insulation with low outgassing characteristics. AGP's silicone adhesive tape is a high performance, reliability and durability film, with a unique combination of electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties that are ideally suited for extreme temperature, vibration and other demanding environments. Vacuum tape has a dielectric strength of 7000 volts/.001-Inch-thickness and a tensile strength of 30 lbs./inch-width and ideal for use inside High Vacuum (HV) environments to a pressure of 1x10E-8 Torr.  Our silicone and acrylic adhesive tapes are available with acrylic, and silicone-based adhesives, in single- or double-sided configurations. Standard vacuum tape widths include .25, .38, .50, .75, 1.0, and 2.0 inches… Additionally, silicone adhesive tapes are also offered in wider 4.0, and 6.0 inch widths. Please note that our double-sided tapes are only available in .25, .50, .75, and 1.0 inch widths. Acrylic adhesive tapes are rated for use between -30 to 175°C maximum, and an adhesion to steel rating of 30 oz per Inch of width. Silicone adhesive tape has a slightly better temperature rating of -40° to 260°C maximum, and an adhesion to steel rating of 25 oz per Inch of width.
